The Digital Payments Product Owner will manage the product lifecycle of payment solutions in Dubai, including wallets, card programs, and real-time transfers. You will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to deliver innovative payment solutions aligned with UAE regulations and regional business needs.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and user stories for digital payment platforms.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, revenue potential, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery and go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor KPIs, product adoption, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and DIFC/ADGM standards.
• Support integration with banks, payment gateways, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4–7 years of product management experience in payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of UAE payment ecosystems, card schemes, and wallets.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
