Job Title: Digital Payments Growth Manager

Job Description: As a Digital Payments Growth Manager at a UAE digital payments organization, you will drive SME merchant acquisition and digital payment channel growth — applying growth management expertise to QR code, NFC Tap to Pay, and digital checkout solution adoption across UAE SME and retail business segments.

Responsibilities:

• Drive SME merchant acquisition and digital payment channel growth across UAE business segments
• Apply growth management expertise to QR code, NFC Tap to Pay, and digital checkout solution adoption
• Build and manage a pipeline of SME and retail merchants for digital payments product activation
• Present digital payment solutions — QR acceptance, NFC, payment links — to UAE SME business owners
• Lead merchant onboarding and activation — technical setup, training, and digital payment go-live support
• Achieve Growth Manager-level merchant acquisition, GMV growth, and digital payment volume targets
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams on merchant acquisition and activation delivery
• Monitor UAE SME digital payments, NFC, and QR acceptance market developments for growth strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Digital Payments Growth Manager experience with SME merchant acquisition and QR/NFC background
• Strong SME merchant pipeline management, digital payment onboarding, and activation skills
• Deep understanding of UAE digital payments market — QR, NFC, Tap to Pay, and SME business dynamics
• Excellent commercial, merchant advisory, and senior SME stakeholder management for growth mandate
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE SME merchant and business owner engagement
• GCC or global digital payments SME growth manager experience strongly preferred
