Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

Job Description: As a Digital Growth Strategist for Forex and Financial Services at a business consulting company in Dubai, you will apply 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy — preferably in forex, fintech, or financial services — to define and execute digital acquisition and retention strategies for forex and financial services clients.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 5+ years of digital marketing and growth strategy experience in forex, fintech, or financial services
• Define and execute digital acquisition and retention strategies for forex and financial services clients
• Drive expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels for forex platforms
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics — CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel ROI
• Coordinate with Product, Commercial, and Analytics teams on digital growth strategy delivery
• Monitor forex, fintech, and financial services digital marketing landscape and competitive developments
• Produce digital growth strategy reports and performance insights for senior leadership and client review

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth strategy preferably in forex, fintech, or financial services — required
• Strong digital acquisition, retention strategy, and performance marketing skills for financial services markets
• Deep understanding of forex trading platform digital marketing dynamics and financial services growth strategies
• Excellent analytical, campaign management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Understanding of UAE and GCC digital financial services regulatory requirements for marketing compliance
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and GCC forex and financial services digital marketing engagement
