The Digital Banking Operations Analyst will support operations for fintech banking platforms in Dubai, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across UAE and MENA markets.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily operations and transaction flows.
  • Ensure compliance with DIFC/ADGM and UAE Central Bank regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with risk, product, and finance teams.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in fintech or banking operations.
  • Knowledge of UAE banking regulations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
