Job Title: Development Manager

Job Description: The role requires a strong technical background combined with leadership skills to manage end-to-end delivery, ensure code quality, and drive team performance — reporting directly to the CTO. The Development Manager will lead developers across backend (Node.js), frontend (Angular), and mobile technologies — providing hands-on technical support, conducting code reviews, contributing to architecture decisions, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities:*

• Lead and manage a team of developers across backend, frontend, and mobile technologies
• Drive team performance, accountability, and timely delivery of projects
• Report directly to the CTO on progress, risks, and team performance
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Provide hands-on support in development when required
• Guide the team in designing scalable and maintainable solutions
• Work across backend (Node.js) and frontend (Angular) technologies; oversee mobile application development
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues; contribute to system architecture and design decisions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Work closely with product and business teams to align priorities
• Implement development standards, CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Proven experience in team management and technical leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js / backend development and Angular / frontend development
• Experience with mobile technologies (native or cross-platform)
• Experience in code reviews, system design, and architecture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
