Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of product design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio of design systems, web platforms, and fintech applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, design systems management, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
