Job Title: Derivatives & Futures Specialist
Job Description: As a Derivatives and Futures Specialist at the world’s leading derivatives marketplace, you will support client relationships and business development — applying derivatives, futures, and financial markets expertise to a DFSA-regulated office for a globally recognized derivatives and futures exchange operating from the DIFC.
Responsibilities:
- Support client relationships and business development for a DFSA-regulated derivatives marketplace
- Apply derivatives, futures, and financial markets expertise to DIFC-based client coverage and advisory
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients — banks, fintechs, asset managers, and brokers
- Present CME Group’s derivatives and futures products to MENA institutional decision-makers
- Support the regional expansion of derivatives and futures market access across MENA institutional clients
- Coordinate with Global Sales, Technology, and Compliance teams on DIFC client solution delivery
- Produce client coverage reports and business development analytics for senior MENA leadership review
- Monitor MENA derivatives, futures, and institutional trading market developments for strategic intelligence
Qualifications Needed:
- Proven Derivatives and Futures Specialist experience with DFSA-regulated financial markets background
- Strong institutional client relationship management and derivatives product knowledge for MENA mandate
- Deep understanding of CME Group futures products, MENA institutional market dynamics, and DFSA requirements
- Excellent commercial, product advisory, and senior institutional stakeholder management skills
- CFA or equivalent investment and derivatives qualification preferred
- GCC or MENA institutional derivatives and futures specialist experience strongly preferred
