Job Description: As Deputy Head of Retail and Digital Operations at ila Bank, you will lead and optimise retail banking operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational excellence across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail and digital operations, including customer onboarding, transaction processing, and service delivery.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Manage operational risk, compliance, and continuity planning for retail functions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team; foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of retail banking or digital operations experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, digital channels, and operational risk management.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational improvements in banking or fintech.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
