Job Title: Delivery Project Manager – Banking / Payments

Job Description: As a Delivery Project Manager for Banking and Payments across the MENA region, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of banking and payments technology projects — building and maintaining existing relationships within the UAE and KSA fintech and banking ecosystem including regulators, banking partners, enterprise clients, and platform partners. You will ensure project governance, delivery quality, and stakeholder alignment across complex multi-stakeholder banking and payments implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of banking and payments technology projects across the MENA region
• Build and maintain existing relationships within the UAE and KSA fintech and banking ecosystem — regulators, banking partners, enterprise clients, and platform partners
• Lead project planning, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and delivery governance across all project phases
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Banking Operations on project delivery
• Produce project status reporting and governance documentation for client and internal leadership review
• Drive resolution of project delivery risks, issues, and blockers through proactive stakeholder management
• Ensure banking and payments technology implementations meet UAE regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Support business development through project delivery excellence and strong client relationship management

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Delivery Project Manager experience in banking or payments technology — UAE and KSA market experience preferred
• Existing relationships within the UAE and KSA fintech and banking ecosystem — required
• Strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and governance skills for complex banking and payments implementations
• Understanding of UAE and KSA banking regulatory environment and financial services technology standards
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and KSA banking and fintech ecosystem engagement
