Job Title: Project Management Office (PMO) Lead – QNB Fintech Projects

Job Description: Establish and lead a comprehensive Project Management Office at Qatar National Bank (QNB), overseeing all ongoing and planned technology and fintech projects across business divisions and reporting to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment of a comprehensive PMO at QNB, developing methodologies and frameworks for project delivery
• Manage the full project portfolio ensuring timely execution within budget and scope
• Generate strategic management reports and recommendations for executive leadership
• Oversee all ongoing and planned fintech and technology projects across QNB’s business divisions
• Develop and implement PMO standards, governance frameworks, and reporting processes
• Coordinate with project managers and business unit heads to ensure alignment with organisational objectives
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across the project portfolio

Qualifications Needed:

• Extensive project management experience with a strong track record in banking or financial services
• Proven PMO leadership experience with knowledge of portfolio management methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Strong experience in banking systems, digital transformation, or fintech project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Arabic is an advantage
