Job Title: Delivery Manager / Senior Scrum Master (Fintech / Banking Technology)

Job Description: As a Delivery Manager and Senior Scrum Master for a fintech and banking technology consultancy, you will be responsible for leading Agile delivery teams — ensuring effective implementation of Agile principles, removing impediments, and facilitating the delivery of high-quality fintech and banking technology solutions for enterprise clients. You will combine Scrum Master coaching expertise with delivery management leadership to drive continuous improvement across multiple concurrent Agile squads.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery teams — ensuring effective implementation of Agile principles and removing impediments
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for fintech and banking technology delivery teams
• Drive continuous improvement across Agile delivery processes — coaching teams on Scrum best practices and agile maturity
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications for fintech and banking technology projects
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
• Produce delivery reporting, sprint velocity metrics, and programme status updates for executive and client leadership
• Partner with Product Owners and business analysts on backlog management, priority alignment, and delivery planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and fintech client stakeholders across Abu Dhabi and UAE

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Delivery Manager or Senior Scrum Master experience leading Agile delivery teams in fintech, banking technology, or IT consultancy
• Strong Agile coaching skills with ability to implement Agile principles effectively across engineering and delivery teams
• Experience managing fintech or banking technology delivery projects with enterprise clients
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and delivery reporting skills
• Relevant Agile certifications (PSM, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
• Abu Dhabi-based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
