Job Title: Debt Advisory & Restructuring – Long-Term Internship

Job Description: As a Long-Term Intern in Debt Advisory and Restructuring at a globally established financial advisory firm in Dubai, you will gain extended exposure to complex debt advisory, restructuring, and capital solutions mandates — building foundational investment banking advisory skills through structured mentoring and live engagement on MENA debt and restructuring transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Gain extended exposure to complex debt advisory, restructuring, and capital solutions mandates
• Support senior Debt Advisory and Restructuring professionals on live MENA transaction mandates
• Conduct financial modelling, debt capacity analysis, and covenant analysis for restructuring engagements
• Prepare transaction materials — debt advisory pitch books, information memoranda, and lender presentations
• Monitor MENA debt markets, credit conditions, and restructuring landscape for deal intelligence
• Coordinate with legal advisors, lenders, and client teams on restructuring and debt advisory delivery
• Build foundational debt advisory and restructuring knowledge through structured long-term internship mentoring
• Develop a professional network within a globally established financial advisory firm’s Dubai office

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate available for a long-term internship commitment in Dubai
• Strong interest in debt advisory, restructuring, leveraged finance, and capital solutions advisory
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and written communication skills for advisory internship
• Genuine ambition to build a career in debt advisory or investment banking restructuring
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA debt market client and deal engagement
