Job Title: Data Governance Lead

Job Description: As a Data Governance Lead, you will own data governance for a BNPL fintech’s risk function, ensuring data quality, lineage, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Own data quality, lineage, and metadata management for risk data.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with data, risk, and engineering teams to embed governance practices.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of data governance or data management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality tools, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SQL, data modelling, and cloud data platforms.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
