Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to safeguard our fintech systems, data, and infrastructure. This role is critical to maintaining client trust, regulatory compliance, and resilience against evolving cyber threats in the financial technology space.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and protect networks, applications, and databases from cyber threats.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.

• Implement and manage security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, and intrusion detection systems.

• Develop incident response protocols and lead remediation efforts.

• Ensure compliance with security standards like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR.

• Train staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.

• Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend proactive defenses.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–7 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.

• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of cloud security, encryption, and identity management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
