Job Title: Customer Support Agent – Islamic Fintech

Job Description: As a Customer Support Agent at a Shariah-compliant halal investing and Islamic fintech platform in Sharjah, you will provide exceptional customer support to clients of an Islamic fintech serving ethically minded investors — handling account queries, onboarding support, and platform assistance for a globally established halal investment and Islamic fintech company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients of a Shariah-compliant halal investing and Islamic fintech platform
• Handle account queries, onboarding support, and platform assistance for Islamic fintech clients
• Manage customer inquiries across digital channels — email, chat, and phone — with professionalism and care
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Product teams on customer issue escalation and resolution
• Maintain accurate customer service records and CRM data for audit and quality management review
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with VARA regulations and UAE Islamic fintech service standards
• Monitor customer support quality and identify process improvement opportunities
• Build a genuine understanding of Islamic finance products to provide accurate, values-aligned client advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven customer support experience — fintech, Islamic finance, or digital investment platforms preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-resolution skills for Islamic fintech clients
• Understanding of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant investment products preferred
• Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English communication for Islamic fintech client engagement
• UAE-based candidate preferred for Sharjah-based customer support role
