Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Description: As a Customer Service Officer at one of the UAE’s largest banks, you will be responsible for assisting in meeting branch and individual sales targets — serving banking clients with professionalism and expertise in a customer service and relationship management role that combines high-quality service delivery with commercial contribution. You will apply a minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking, preferably in customer service or sales roles.

Responsibilities:*

• Assist in meeting branch and individual sales targets through proactive customer service and product cross-selling
• Serve banking clients with professionalism — handling account queries, product information, and transaction processing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery at the branch level
• Present and promote banking products to existing and new clients across deposits, credit cards, and financial services
• Ensure all client interactions comply with UAE banking regulations, KYC requirements, and service quality standards
• Process banking transactions and account management requests accurately and efficiently
• Escalate complex client issues or service concerns to senior branch management with appropriate documentation
• Contribute to a high-performance customer service culture at a globally established UAE banking institution

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking, preferably in customer service or sales roles
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills for branch banking environment
• Understanding of banking products and UAE banking regulatory requirements
• Target-driven commercial mindset with ability to assist in meeting branch sales objectives
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for UAE bank client engagement
• Proficiency with banking systems and customer service platforms
