Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Insights Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret customer data to drive fintech product strategy. This role combines data analysis, market research, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze customer behavior and usage data.

Conduct surveys, focus groups, and market research.

Develop dashboards and reports for business teams.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in customer insights or market research.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of fintech products and customer behaviors preferred.
