Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Insights Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret customer data to drive fintech product strategy. This role combines data analysis, market research, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze customer behavior and usage data.

  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and market research.

  • Develop dashboards and reports for business teams.

  • Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvements.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams.

  • Support A/B testing and user experience optimization.

  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer insights or market research.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of fintech products and customer behaviors preferred.
