Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze customer behavior and usage data.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and market research.
- Develop dashboards and reports for business teams.
- Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
- Support A/B testing and user experience optimization.
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer insights or market research.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fintech products and customer behaviors preferred.
