Job Title: Customer Insights Analyst
Job Description: As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to uncover insights and trends that drive strategic decision-making and improve customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization based on data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze customer data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to identify target audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
Analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
