Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin speaking) at a multi-regulated CFD broker in Dubai, you will provide Mandarin-language client support, ensuring a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client support in Mandarin and English, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Assist clients with account management, deposits, withdrawals, and platform navigation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, compliance, and support teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of customer support experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial products.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
