Job Title: Crypto Trader & Treasury Operations Manager

Job Description: As a Crypto Trader and Treasury Operations Manager at a globally connected technology company in Abu Dhabi, you will apply extensive project management experience covering agile and scrum models with focus on fintech or financial services — managing cryptocurrency trading operations alongside treasury functions for a technology company operating in the digital assets and treasury management space.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cryptocurrency trading operations and treasury functions for a technology company in Abu Dhabi
• Apply extensive project management and financial operations expertise to crypto and treasury mandate
• Execute cryptocurrency trading strategies within defined risk parameters and company capital allocation
• Manage treasury operations — cash management, FX exposure, liquidity, and banking relationship management
• Ensure all crypto trading and treasury activities comply with UAE financial regulations and VARA standards
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams on crypto trading and treasury governance
• Produce crypto trading performance reports and treasury management information for senior leadership
• Monitor cryptocurrency market developments, regulatory landscape, and treasury best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Crypto Trader and Treasury Operations Manager experience — Abu Dhabi or UAE preferred
• Extensive project management experience covering agile and scrum models in fintech or financial services
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills — Python or scripting experience a plus
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, VARA regulations, and UAE treasury management standards
• UAE resident or willing to relocate for this Abu Dhabi crypto and treasury management mandate
• Strong analytical and risk management skills for combined crypto trading and treasury operations
