Job Title: Crypto Technology Manager

Job Description: As a Crypto Technology Manager for UAE licensing at a globally established fintech serving 75+ million customers, you will implement and maintain a technology and operational risk framework for crypto activities in the UAE — ensuring compliance with ICT regulations and supporting crypto licensing and regulatory engagement with local authorities including CBUAE, VARA, DFSA, and FSRA.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a technology and operational risk framework for crypto activities in the UAE
• Ensure compliance with ICT regulations and requirements for crypto and digital asset operations
• Support crypto licensing and regulatory engagement with CBUAE, VARA, DFSA, and FSRA
• Manage technology risk governance for crypto operations — incident management, audit readiness, and controls
• Coordinate with Compliance, Engineering, and Legal teams on UAE crypto licensing requirements and delivery
• Develop and maintain crypto technology risk policies, procedures, and monitoring frameworks for UAE operations
• Produce technology and operational risk reports for senior leadership and regulatory submission
• Monitor UAE and global crypto regulatory and technology developments for licensing strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in financial services, fintech, crypto/digital assets, and knowledge in the blockchain domain — required
• Proven Crypto Technology Manager or senior crypto risk experience with UAE regulatory background
• Deep understanding of CBUAE, VARA, DFSA, and FSRA licensing and ICT regulatory requirements
• Strong technology and operational risk framework development, ICT compliance, and regulatory engagement skills
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and senior regulatory stakeholder management for crypto licensing
• GCC or global fintech crypto technology management and UAE regulatory experience strongly preferred
