Job Title: Cross-Border Payments Product Manager – Remittance & FX Corridors

Job Description: As a Cross-Border Payments Product Manager for Remittance and FX Corridors at a UAE fintech organization, you will own the cross-border payments and remittance product roadmap — driving product strategy, FX corridor development, and commercial adoption for a UAE fintech at the forefront of cross-border digital payments innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Own the cross-border payments and remittance product roadmap driving FX corridor and commercial adoption
• Define and execute cross-border payments product strategy aligned with CBUAE and international standards
• Lead cross-functional cross-border payments delivery — Engineering, Compliance, Commercial, and Banking Partners
• Develop and manage FX corridors — USD, INR, PKR, PHP, EUR, and GCC cross-border payment routes
• Conduct product discovery — remittance market research, FX pricing analytics, and regulatory mapping
• Coordinate with Banking Partners and Compliance on cross-border payment licensing and regulatory compliance
• Define success metrics — remittance volumes, FX margin, and transaction completion rates
• Monitor UAE and global cross-border payments, remittance, and FX regulatory developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Product Manager experience with cross-border payments, remittance, or FX corridors background
• Strong cross-border payments roadmap ownership, FX corridor development, and regulatory compliance skills
• Deep understanding of UAE CBUAE remittance licensing and cross-border payments regulatory standards
• Minimum 5 years of product management in cross-border payments, digital remittance, or fintech — required
• Excellent product specification writing and senior cross-border payments stakeholder management
• GCC or global cross-border payments or remittance fintech product management experience strongly preferred
