Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Credit Card Sales Executive for RAK Bank through a globally established workforce solutions group in Dubai, you will generate new business — identifying and approaching prospective clients with 6 months of any sales banking experience required inside the UAE. Age limits are 20–40 years for this high-energy, target-driven UAE banking sales role.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and identify and approach prospective credit card clients across UAE markets
• Apply 6 months of any UAE banking sales experience to RAK Bank credit card product acquisition
• Build and maintain a strong credit card client acquisition pipeline through field sales and referral networks
• Present RAK Bank credit card products compellingly to prospective UAE clients across target segments
• Process credit card applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are met
• Meet monthly RAK Bank credit card acquisition targets through consistent, compliant commercial activity
• Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and RAK Bank product suitability requirements
• Build client relationships through professional, transparent credit card advisory and responsive follow-up

Qualifications Needed:

• 6 months of any Sales Banking Experience inside UAE — required
• Age limits: 20–40 years — required for this credit card sales role
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship-building skills for UAE banking credit card acquisition
• Understanding of RAK Bank credit card products and UAE banking regulatory compliance requirements
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE credit card client engagement
• UAE-based candidate required for field-based credit card sales mandate
