Job Title: Creative Specialist

Job Description: The Creative Specialist will execute design briefs across static and motion formats — producing assets for digital advertising, social media, email marketing, webinars, and brand campaigns. The role requires a strong visual sensibility, technical design proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality design assets for digital advertising, social media, email, landing pages, and event materials
• Create motion graphics and short-form video content for social media and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with the Art Director and Marketing team to execute campaign briefs from concept through final delivery
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs in line with INFINOX brand guidelines
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Adapt global creative assets for regional markets including Arabic-language versions for MENA
• Support the production of webinar and educational content visual materials
• Continuously improve design skills and stay current on digital design and creative trends in fintech and trading

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of design experience in a creative agency, fintech, or financial services marketing environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
• Strong portfolio of digital design and motion graphics work
• Experience creating bilingual English/Arabic design content preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment
• Understanding of fintech, CFD trading, or financial markets is an advantage
