Job Title: Country Manager

Job Description: As the Country Manager, you will lead market entry and operations, establishing a strong local presence, building the team, and driving growth in a new regulated market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all UAE operations, including market entry, regulatory compliance, business development, and team building.
• Build and maintain relationships with VARA and other local regulatory authorities to ensure full licensing and compliance.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and market expansion.
• Manage the local team and report to global leadership on regional performance.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services, with a focus on the UAE market.
• Deep understanding of VARA regulations and UAE virtual asset licensing frameworks.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling operations in new markets.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
