Job Title: Country Manager / Business-Setup Lead (Forex)

Job Description: As a Country Manager and Business-Setup Lead, you will launch and manage operations in a new market, building the infrastructure, team, and partnerships for a global FX and financial services group.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and launch of operations in a new country, including regulatory approvals and infrastructure.
• Build and lead the local team, driving business development and market growth.
• Establish and manage relationships with local regulators, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global leadership to align local operations with group strategy.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of experience in Forex, financial services, or fintech, with a focus on market launch and expansion.
• Proven track record of setting up and managing operations in new markets.
• Deep understanding of local FX regulations, licensing, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
