Job Title: Corporate Secretary

Job Description: We are hiring a Corporate Secretary in Dubai. The role focuses on the day-to-day coordination and governance administration for Sokin’s UAE regulated entity. Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated international business is advantageous.

Responsibilities:*

• Focus on day-to-day coordination and corporate governance administration for Sokin’s Dubai entity
• Maintain and manage corporate records, entity registers, and filing calendars for the UAE regulated entity
• Draft and manage board resolutions, shareholder communications, and governance documentation
• Ensure timely compliance with UAE regulatory filing obligations and corporate governance requirements
• Liaise with UAE government authorities, free zone administrators, and legal counsel on corporate matters
• Manage visa, work permit, and regulatory registration processes for the Dubai entity
• Coordinate Board and committee meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes documentation
• Support the wider Sokin compliance and operations team with corporate administration and governance projects

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in corporate secretarial, legal entity management, or governance administration
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated international business is advantageous
• Knowledge of UAE corporate governance, regulatory filing requirements, and free zone administration
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail for governance documentation
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous for UAE government liaison
• Relevant corporate secretarial qualifications (ICSA/CGQP or equivalent) preferred
