Job Title: Corporate Banking Software BDM (Enterprise Sales)
Job Description: As a Business Development Manager specializing in Corporate Banking Software, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle for enterprise banking software solutions — from prospecting through closing strategic deals with banks, financial institutions, and corporate finance teams. You will bring 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, banking technology, or corporate banking software to a high-impact, quota-driven commercial role.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for Corporate Banking Software — from prospecting to closing strategic deals with banks and financial institutions
- Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans for high-value corporate banking software prospects
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations with senior banking technology and finance decision-makers
- Drive outbound prospecting and cold-call engagement to build a healthy enterprise pipeline for banking software
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets — tracking pipeline, activity, and progress in CRM
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams on enterprise client proposals and delivery
- Monitor MENA corporate banking software market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory technology trends
- Represent the organization at regional banking technology, fintech, and enterprise software industry events
Qualifications Needed:
- 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, banking technology, digital payments, or corporate banking software
- Proven track record owning the full corporate banking software sales cycle — prospecting through close
- Deep understanding of corporate banking operations, banking technology needs, and enterprise procurement processes
- Experience with outbound and cold-call prospecting for enterprise technology sales
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
- Excellent CRM proficiency and pipeline management discipline
