Responsibilities:

• Work with interesting consulting clients — applying agile, growth-oriented mindset to real client challenges
• Contribute to consulting engagements under structured graduate programme mentoring and senior guidance
• Develop consulting skills across strategy, operations, digital transformation, and risk advisory
• Complete EY Abu Dhabi Consulting Graduate Program training, coaching, and professional development milestones
• Build a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders across EY’s globally connected consulting organization
• Receive invitations to complete EY online assessments, pre-recorded video interviews, and recruitment day events

Qualifications Needed:

• University graduate with genuine interest in consulting, strategy, and professional services careers
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset — innovative, curious, purpose-driven, and inclusive approach
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills for consulting team engagement
• Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related degree preferred
