Job Title: Compliance Technology Specialist

Job Description: As a Compliance Technology Specialist, you will build automated compliance systems that catch regulatory issues before they become fines, across an online trading platform’s jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automated compliance monitoring systems across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into technical rules, controls, and automated surveillance logic.
• Integrate compliance technology with trading platforms, CRM, and reporting systems via APIs.
• Support compliance audits, regulatory examinations, and continuous tuning of detection systems.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of compliance technology, RegTech, or surveillance systems experience in Forex, CFD, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT, market abuse, and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and compliance monitoring or transaction surveillance platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.
