Job Title: Compliance Officer – SCA Regulated Forex & Fintech

Job Description: As a Compliance Officer for an SCA-approved forex brokerage in the UAE, you will ensure the company operates in line with Securities and Commodities Authority guidelines, AML/CFT regulations, and KYC requirements, developing and maintaining the compliance framework across customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure operations comply with SCA guidelines, AML/CFT regulations, KYC requirements, and internal compliance policies
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Oversee customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and ongoing client monitoring
• Monitor transactions and identify suspicious activity in line with AML/CFT regulations
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and compliance documentation per SCA guidelines
• Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on changes to SCA guidelines and related requirements
• Liaise with regulators and external auditors when required

Qualifications Needed:

• SCA (Securities and Commodities Authority – UAE) approval required
• Minimum 3+ years of compliance experience within a forex brokerage, CFD, or financial services company
• Strong knowledge of SCA guidelines, AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting
• Experience developing and implementing compliance frameworks and internal controls
• Professional certifications such as CAMS or ICA are an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills; immediate joiners preferred
