Job Title: Compliance Audit Lead

Job Description: As a Compliance Audit Lead, you will lead compliance audit for a global crypto exchange’s Abu Dhabi entity, ensuring regulatory adherence and robust internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance audit programme for the Abu Dhabi entity, covering AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory obligations.
• Plan and execute audits, identify control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders on audit findings and remediation plans.
• Track remediation progress and report on compliance audit outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of compliance audit or internal audit experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of VARA, ADGM, and UAE crypto regulations and audit methodologies.
• Professional certifications (CIA, CAMS, CISA) preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
