Job Title: Compliance Associate – Builders Program

Job Description: As a Compliance Associate – Builders Program professional, you will help ensure that a Saudi fintech’s operations, products, contracts, communications, and marketing materials align with SAMA requirements and internal governance standards while supporting regulatory submissions, compliance reviews, inspection readiness, annual planning, and remediation tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory communications with SAMA by preparing responses and tracking requests
• Coordinate information collection and verification for periodic and ad hoc regulatory reports
• Assist with compliance reviews and inspections against SAMA rules and internal policies
• Review policies, contracts, products, and marketing materials under senior guidance
• Work with business teams to address regulatory expectations before new initiatives launch
• Develop and update compliance guides, trackers, and awareness materials
• Maintain the Annual Compliance Plan and track deadlines, progress, and follow-up actions
• Document regulatory communications and follow up on open compliance observations through resolution

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Zero to two years of regulatory-compliance experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance, or payments
• Understanding of SAMA frameworks governing finance companies, BNPL, and payment service providers
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and reporting skills
• Professional communication skills in Arabic and English
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate cross-functional compliance activities in a fast-paced environment
