Job Title: Compliance Associate – Builders Program

Job Description: As a Compliance Associate – Builders Program – (Emirati National) professional, you will support compliance across UAE financial-services frameworks by reviewing products, policies, contracts, customer journeys, and marketing materials, preparing regulatory reports, coordinating regulator requests, documenting oversight activities, and helping maintain readiness under CBUAE, DFSA, and ADGM FSRA requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Support responses, request tracking, communications, and inspection coordination with UAE regulators
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc regulatory reports by collecting and verifying information from internal teams
  • Assist with compliance reviews and monitoring against UAE regulations and company policies
  • Review policies, contracts, products, customer journeys, and marketing materials under senior guidance
  • Work with business teams to address regulatory expectations before initiatives launch
  • Develop and update compliance guides, trackers, and awareness materials
  • Maintain the Annual Compliance Plan and track deadlines, progress, and follow-up actions
  • Document regulator communications and support AML/CFT, sanctions-screening, and customer-protection initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

  • United Arab Emirates nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Zero to two years of regulatory-compliance experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance, banking, or payments
  • Understanding of UAE payment, lending, consumer-finance, AML/CFT, and consumer-protection frameworks
  • Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Clear professional communication in Arabic and English and ability to coordinate across business teams
