Job Title: Commercial Product Manager – Fintech

Job Description: As a Commercial Product Manager – Fintech, you will define and execute the commercial strategy for personal-finance products, owning pricing, revenue, customer-segment strategy, and market positioning while ensuring alignment with SAMA regulations and digital-product capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute commercial strategy for personal-finance products
• Own product P&L, revenue targets, pricing models, and customer-segment strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide positioning
• Identify new commercial opportunities and growth initiatives
• Partner with marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to drive adoption and retention
• Track ARPU, customer lifetime value, acquisition cost, and conversion metrics
• Align digital-product and analytics capabilities with revenue drivers
• Ensure product offerings comply with SAMA rules, legal requirements, and financial standards

Qualifications Needed:

• Eight or more years in product, commercial, or business roles within fintech or banking
• Bachelor’s degree in fintech, finance, business, computer science, or a related field
• Master’s degree is considered an advantage
• Strong experience developing go-to-market strategies and pricing models
• Proven success in revenue-generating environments and knowledge of personal-finance trends
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English and current residence in Saudi Arabia
