Job Title: Commercial & Investment Bank – Investment Banking Analyst

Job Description: As a 2026 Corporate and Investment Bank Investment Banking Analyst in an Off-Cycle Internship at a globally leading financial institution, you will be on-track for a United Kingdom 2:1 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent — gaining structured exposure to investment banking advisory, transaction execution, and client coverage across MENA corporate and financial sponsor clients.

Responsibilities:

• Be on-track for a United Kingdom 2:1 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent — required for this IB Analyst Off-Cycle programme
• Gain structured off-cycle exposure to investment banking advisory, transaction execution, and client coverage
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches — contributing to pitch books, information memoranda, and client presentations
• Support senior investment bankers on M&A, ECM, DCM, and corporate advisory mandates
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modelling, and sector research for IB client coverage
• Develop foundational investment banking skills through structured off-cycle programme mentoring and real deals
• Build a professional network within a globally leading investment banking institution’s Dubai operations
• Complete 2026 IB Analyst Programme Off-Cycle structured training and development activities

Qualifications Needed:

• On-track for a United Kingdom 2:1 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent — required
• Genuine interest in investment banking, M&A advisory, and capital markets
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and written communication skills for IB analyst programme
• Excellent collaborative approach appropriate for a high-performance investment banking environment
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA client and deal engagement
