Job Title: Client Services Officer (English/Arabic-speaking)

Job Description: As a Client Services Officer, you will provide bilingual client servicing for a multi-regulated broker’s Dubai office, ensuring a high-quality experience for Arabic and English-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client servicing in English and Arabic, including onboarding, account management, and support.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, compliance, and support teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of client service or customer support experience in forex, fintech, or financial services.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of FX trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
