Job Title: Client Onboarding Manager

Job Description: As a Client Onboarding Manager at a banking and technology consultancy in Abu Dhabi, you will apply a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management — preferably within banking — with relevant certifications in product management or project management, to lead client onboarding strategy and delivery for a major UAE banking client’s digital onboarding transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Apply minimum 10 years of product management experience preferably within banking to client onboarding leadership
• Lead client onboarding strategy and delivery for a major UAE banking client’s digital transformation
• Define and execute the client onboarding product roadmap — aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives
• Coordinate with Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Relationship Management on onboarding platform delivery
• Ensure client onboarding processes meet UAE regulatory standards and digital banking best practices
• Produce client onboarding performance reporting and strategic recommendations for senior banking leadership
• Drive continuous improvement of client onboarding workflows through digital transformation and automation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert onboarding product management delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management — preferably within banking — required
• Relevant certifications in product management or project management — advantageous
• Proven Client Onboarding Manager experience with digital banking transformation and onboarding expertise
• Deep understanding of UAE banking regulatory requirements for client onboarding and KYC processes
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and product strategy skills
• UAE or GCC banking product management and client onboarding experience strongly preferred
