Job Title: Enablement & Onboarding Executive

Job Description: Looking for an Enablement & Onboarding Executive in Dubai. The role plays a key part in onboarding new merchants onto Qlub’s payment platform, ensuring restaurants and hospitality partners are enabled to use Qlub’s QR payment, Digital Menu, Order-and-Pay, and SoftPOS solutions effectively from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new restaurant and hospitality merchants onto Qlub’s payment platform — managing the end-to-end merchant onboarding journey
• Guide new merchants through setup, configuration, and activation of Qlub’s QR payment, digital menu, and SoftPOS solutions
• Conduct merchant training sessions to ensure restaurant staff can operate Qlub’s payment technology effectively
• Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to resolve onboarding issues and accelerate merchant activation
• Track merchant onboarding progress against activation timelines and identify blockers for resolution
• Support merchants during the initial post-launch period — addressing questions, issues, and optimizing their Qlub setup
• Collect and document merchant feedback during onboarding to inform product and process improvements
• Maintain accurate merchant onboarding records and status tracking across all active onboarding cases

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in merchant onboarding, customer enablement, or technical customer support within fintech or payments
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to guide non-technical restaurant operators through payment technology setup
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for UAE merchant engagement
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple merchant onboarding projects simultaneously
• Passion for customer success and delivering excellent first-time product experiences
• Dubai-based candidate required
