Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Job Description: As a Chief Technology Officer, your are responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology vision — driving the transition to a cloud-native, API-driven, and AI-powered banking ecosystem.

Responsibilities:*

• Define and execute FHG’s enterprise technology strategy aligned with business and product priorities; establish scalable, secure, modern architecture leveraging microservices, APIs, and cloud-native platforms
• Drive implementation of AI across IT systems, platforms, and processes; enable enterprise-wide AI adoption with robust technology architecture and infrastructure
• Establish scalable data platforms supporting AI/ML, analytics, and real-time decision-making; define and implement MLOps, data governance, and model lifecycle management frameworks
• Oversee development and evolution of digital platforms (mobile, web, lending, payments); implement Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
• Lead modernization of legacy systems using modular, API-led approaches; drive adoption of hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure
• Establish and enforce enterprise cybersecurity frameworks including Zero Trust and data protection; ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements
• Build API platforms to enable fintech partnerships and embedded finance capabilities; support Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform-based models
• Lead and develop high-performing technology, engineering, and data teams; manage budgets, vendor ecosystem, and technology investments

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience in a CTO or senior technology leadership role
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud, AI/ML, and digital platforms
• Experience in banking or financial services transformation
• Strong business and strategic acumen with the ability to align technology with growth objectives
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
