We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy of our fast-growing fintech business. This role requires an experienced finance leader who can manage the complexities of scaling financial operations, drive profitability, and ensure compliance while positioning the company for sustainable long-term growth. The CFO will collaborate closely with the executive team to shape strategic initiatives, manage investments, and strengthen the financial foundation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Oversee accounting, tax, compliance, and audit functions.

• Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to the board.

• Evaluate funding opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions.

• Optimize cash flow, capital allocation, and resource planning.

• Build strong relationships with investors, banks, and external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with fintech financial regulations.

• Mentor and develop the finance team into a high-performing unit.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

• Proven track record in fintech, financial services, or SaaS environments.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Experience in fundraising, IPO readiness, or mergers and acquisitions.

• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
