We are seeking a Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) to lead company-wide digital initiatives, modernize fintech platforms, and drive technological innovation. This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of emerging financial technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation strategy across product, operations, and customer experience.

Identify opportunities for automation, AI, blockchain, and other disruptive technologies.

Collaborate with IT, product, marketing, and compliance teams to implement initiatives.

Monitor digital KPIs and ensure measurable impact on growth and efficiency.

Qualifications Needed

Master’s or MBA in Business, Technology, or related field.

12+ years of experience in digital transformation, fintech, or technology leadership.

Proven record of driving large-scale technology initiatives.

Strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of fintech, emerging tech, and regulatory environments.
