We are seeking a Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) to lead company-wide digital initiatives, modernize fintech platforms, and drive technological innovation. This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of emerging financial technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation strategy across product, operations, and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, blockchain, and other disruptive technologies.
• Collaborate with IT, product, marketing, and compliance teams to implement initiatives.

Qualifications Needed

• Master’s or MBA in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, fintech, or technology leadership.
• Proven record of driving large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of fintech, emerging tech, and regulatory environments.
