We are hiring a Chief Customer Experience Officer (CCXO) to oversee global customer engagement, user experience, and satisfaction across fintech products. This executive role is pivotal in creating exceptional customer journeys and driving loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute global customer experience strategies.

Lead customer success, support, UX, and engagement teams.

Analyze customer data and feedback to improve products and services.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align experiences with strategy.

Qualifications Needed

12+ years of leadership experience in customer experience, preferably in fintech.

Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in customer engagement.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong understanding of digital customer experience platforms and trends.
