Job Title: CFD Sales Manager

Job Description: As a CFD Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a sales team selling CFD, forex, crypto, and futures products, driving revenue growth and client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a sales team, setting targets and driving performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base for CFD, forex, crypto, and futures products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of sales management experience in CFD, forex, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of trading products, sales channels, and client acquisition strategies.
• Proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
