Job Title: Card Fraud Analyst

Job Description: As a Card Fraud Analyst, you will monitor and investigate card fraud for a payments fintech, protecting customers and reducing losses.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor card transactions and alerts for fraudulent activity.
• Investigate fraud cases, including identity theft and card-not-present fraud.
• Implement and refine fraud detection rules and controls.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and customer support teams on case resolution.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of card fraud or payments risk experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of card schemes, chargeback processes, and fraud detection tools.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
