Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. You will design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop BI solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Interpret and communicate insights from data analysis to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving business performance.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
