Job Description: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. You will design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop BI solutions.

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Interpret and communicate insights from data analysis to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving business performance.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

2+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles.

Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
