Job Title: Business Development Manager – Crypto Payments

Job Description: Seeking a Business Development Manager in Dubai. The role involves spearheading growth and developing key partner relationships across UAE as the company’s expansion continues. Compensation comprises base salary and a percentage of gross transactional revenue generated.

Responsibilities:*

• Spearhead growth and develop key partner relationships across UAE as NetCents’ expansion continues
• Identify key relationships and close deals to drive volume and build a healthy ecosystem of crypto gateway payments solutions leveraging blockchain technology
• Drive business development efforts targeting merchants, payment platforms, and fintech companies requiring crypto payments infrastructure
• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across the UAE and MENA region
• Present NetCents’ cryptocurrency payment solutions to commercial and financial decision-makers at target organisations
• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships with merchants, IBs, and ecosystem partners
• Represent NetCents at UAE fintech, crypto, and payments industry events and conferences
• Provide market intelligence on the crypto payments competitive landscape in the UAE

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven business development or sales experience in crypto payments, fintech, or blockchain technology
• Passionate and dedicated with ability to identify key relationships and close deals in the crypto ecosystem
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency payment solutions, blockchain technology, and the MENA crypto landscape
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, next-generation technology environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Compensation plan comprises base salary plus percentage of gross transactional revenue generated
